Why Constellation Work Transforms at a Deeper Level
As children, it is not always the major traumatic events that shape us most deeply, but the everyday moments when our parents failed to provide safety, affirmation, or encouragement when we needed it. These small, repeated experiences leave invisible traces that influence our adult relationships — often in ways we don’t recognize.
When we struggle with imbalance in relationships — giving too much, giving too little, or losing ourselves in destructive dynamics — the root often lies in these early, everyday wounds. As children, we unconsciously decided that if we could not rely on our parents, we would rely only on ourselves. We stopped needing them. From that moment on, we learned either to take care only of ourselves or only of others. Both paths lead to imbalance.
Change cannot come from the mind alone. True transformation requires the alignment of mind, body, and soul. Most therapeutic approaches focus on only one of these levels, which is why their effect often remains limited.
Through systemic constellations, we create a tangible healing field that embraces all three dimensions. This work allows our clients to reconnect with the family system they belong to — the source of both their pain and their potential for healing.
